TPA Marketplace

Thurmond Consulting is proud to offer services as an approved vendor for technical assistance by the state for the PATH TA Marketplace. The TA Marketplace is a valuable resource offering funding and support to providers, community-based organizations, counties, and others, facilitating the enhancement of infrastructure to implement Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Support (CS) initiatives. Thurmond Consulting has been approved to provide TA services for Domain 1, Domain 2, and Domain 4. Below is a summary of eligible TA Domain services we offer: 

• Domain 1: Building Data Capacity | Data Collection, Management, Sharing, and Use
• Domain 2: Community Supports (CS) | Strengthening Services that Address the Social Drivers of Health
• Domain 4: Enhanced Care Management (ECM) | Strengthening Care for ECM Populations of Focus
