  • Training and Technical Assistance: Provide CBOs with training sessions, technical assistance, and educational resources on CalAIM program requirements, best practices, and quality improvement methodologies.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with CBOs, county agencies, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to gather input, build consensus, and drive the successful adoption of ECM and CS strategies.

  • Policy Analysis: Stay informed of state and federal policies related to Medicaid and healthcare transformation, analyze their impact on CalAIM initiatives, and provide recommendations for alignment and compliance.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to assess the impact of CalAIM interventions, track key performance indicators, and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making and program evaluation.

  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of healthcare services, improve health outcomes, and reduce disparities among Medi-Cal beneficiaries.

  • Project Management: Assist the Senior Project manager with meeting project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, public policy, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare consulting, program management, or policy analysis, focusing on Medicaid or healthcare transformation initiatives.

  • Knowledge of California's healthcare landscape, including Medicaid programs, managed care organizations, and county health systems.

  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and familiarity with EHR implementation processes is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex policy concepts into actionable strategies.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SAS) to analyze healthcare data and generate reports.

  • Demonstrated commitment to health equity, cultural competency, and addressing the needs of underserved populations.
