The Center for Violence Free Relationships – Placerville (2015-Present)

Coordination of Federal homeless housing program for homeless individuals and families.


 

Fourth and Hope (2014-Present)

Assist agency staff in administering their Federal and State of California funding for homeless services.


El Dorado County CoC (2012-Present)

Coordination of the submission of annual federal homeless services funding through HUD.


Colusa County Behavioral Health (2010-Present)

Coordination and administration for all aspects of the acquisition and rehabilitation of a 4-unit State of California funded permanent housing project for mentally ill adults.


Foothill House of Hospitality (2010-Present)

Coordination and administration of all aspects of fundraising, pre-construction and construction of a State of California funded 54-bed emergency shelter for the homeless in Nevada county. Raised 1 million dollars in monies for the proposed project.


 

Friends of the Mission (2006-Present)

Management of the overall operations for this agency.  This included administering Federal and State funded grants for various housing projects. Most recently a 1.8 million dollar HUD funded housing project and a $300,000 State funded renovation project.


The Center for Violence Free Relationships – Placerville (2011-2013)

Coordination and administration of all aspects of fundraising, pre-construction and construction of a State of California funded 54-bed emergency shelter for the homeless in El Dorado county. Raised $618,000 in monies for the proposed project.


 

PATHWAYS (2007-2013)

Managing/Consulting duties for a 30-bed, 3-county, Federally funded scattered site transitional housing project.


 

PATH Red Bluff (2010-2012)

Coordination and administration of all aspects of fundraising, pre-construction and construction of a 40-bed emergency shelter for the homeless in Red Bluff. Raised 1 million dollars in monies for the proposed project.


 

City of Colusa CDBG (2010-2012)

Coordination and administration for all aspects of pre-construction and construction of a 5-unit, 19-bed, transitional housing project for homeless families. This 1.2 million dollar project was funded by HUD and State of California funding.


 

Glenn County HRA (2010-2012)

Coordination and administration of all aspects of fundraising, pre-construction and construction of a 14-bed State of California funded emergency shelter for the homeless in Glenn County. Raised over 500,000 dollars in monies for the proposed project.


 

Alternatives to Violence (2010-2011)

Raised 1 million dollars in State of California funding for emergency shelter for the homeless in Red Bluff.
